What role will you play?


As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the execution of the incident management framework, including incident and breach reporting, issue management and partnering with senior leadership in the Banking portfolio to influence outcomes.


What you offer

  • Proven experience managing high volume teams and transforming processes to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a similar role within Banking and Financial Services in Australia
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to understand a given problem and identify key drivers and potential solutions
  • Motivated selfstarter with a high degree of commercial acumen.
