About the role.**:


The role of Technical Analyst is a blended role within the team, encompassing the responsibilities of a technical analyst, DevOps engineer, and technical support.

As a Technical Analyst, you will be working directly with the team's Business Analysts, Digital Architects and other project teams that have a dependency on the project.

You will be required to analyse technical data, scripts, and processes, and provide insights and recommendations to help our organisation make informed decisions.

Additional to this analysis you will be required to provide a small amount of technical support to internal customers for the new CIAM interfaces.


Key responsibilities.**:


  • Analyse technical data in DevOps, review processes and identify areas for improvement along with recommend solutions that align with the project objectives
  • Optimise workflows and resolve technical issues within DevOps
  • Analyse technical data related to Technical Support Engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that align with the project objectives
  • Improve customer processes by identifying and resolve technical issues related to Technical Support within the project
  • Collaborate with the team and other teams, such as Information Management, Product Owners within operations, to identify technical challenges and opportunities and provide insights and recommendations that align with the project objectives
  • Using your experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc) and B2C you will assist the Identity Architect and Digital Identity Developer to produce data models and process flows to support the identity design

Highly desirable.**:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in DevOps and Technical analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define and model technical data
  • Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as: automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Experience with Technical Support processes, such as troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge management
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Desirable.**:


  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or New Relic
  • Experience providing frontline (internal) customer support for new products
