The position.**:

The successful applicant will be creating, editing and updating automated test scripts as well as working on manual tests.

For this role there will be a strong focus on automation and delivery of quality features that meet expectations to satisfy our customers and stakeholders without bugs.

Working closely with our group of back-end, front-end and full-stack developers and stakeholders you will be an essential member of a passionate team working in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Core Requirements.**:

Experience as an Automation Engineer/Developer/Tester with ideally JavaScript .**:

Experience working with Postman, multiple operating systems and browsers
Experience doing tests as part of a team and integrated into the workflow
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven track record of proactive problem solving to simplify complex problems.
Strong focus on communication and working with others to achieve the best result.
Experience working with Issue & Project Tracking Software for teams like Atlassian Jira.
Familiarity working under Agile Development Methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

Desirable Experience.**:

Experience with Continuous Integration and automated deployment with tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines.
Experience using technologies such as Node JS, Selenium, Cypress or Opsgenie

Duties.**:

Developing and running testing strategies for delivering desired test outcomes
Communicate and report on testing activities to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Manage cases and tasks on a daily basis. As well as providing enduser support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Interact and work with other developers, departments or stakeholders to make sure the solutions that are developed are going to work as expected, consistently and securely.
Raise security concerns about our software systems or technology infrastructure.
Maintain the integrity and security of all systems when and if changes are required.
Conduct research into industry best practices, and incorporate those practices into your work.
Incorporate industry best practice security and privacy into any software developed.
Adhere to all company systems, policies, and/or procedures, including OHS and fire safety.
