A successful Store Manager will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.
You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
Skills & Experience
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Drive policies and procedures
- Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant
- Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
- Implement promotional changes
- Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Roster your team in line with store's trading profile
