ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused team who take pride in the delivery of a high quality, market leading, Australian-made product.

Based in our Balcatta Branch as an Account Representative you would be supporting the Regional Business Development Manager to provide clients with a complete and cohesive experience to ensure retention of existing customers and contribute to the growth of business opportunities.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with Alcolizer products.
Be the point of contact for customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence and records.
Action tactical sales, quotes and order processing
Assist with regional marketing and trade event activities.
Collect and analyse data
Acting as client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated Account Representative who has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

You will have the confidence to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds to gain trust and build lasting relationships.

The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.

To be successful in the role you require:

Previous experience within a sales or service role
High level customer service tenacity
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
Computer literacy with the Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to listen, communicate and relate to others in the professional environment.
You must have unrestricted Australian work rights and live in Australia to be considered for this position.
A degree in business, management or marketing would be an advantage but is not essential._
