    Asset Services is an integrated multi-trade services provider specialising in solutions to critical asset owners and property managers. We operate in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. We have a team of 220 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services.

    About the Opportunity

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Plumbing Supervisor to join our Asset Services team based at Hendra.

    As a Plumbing Supervisor you will:

    • Coordinate all site activities under the guidance of the Plumbing Service Delivery Manager.
    • Schedule planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance tasks to the team.
    • Lead, develop and manage the accountability for a team of plumbers and apprentices.
    • Oversee the workflow onsite and resolve site issues.
    • Be able to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
    • Ensure work is completed within given time frames.
    • Assist Management with the tracking of Apprentices, including their progress and work standards.
    • Promote a workplace culture of positive and quality performance.
    • Proactively build and maintain working relationships with clients.

    About you

    • Demonstrated experience in commercial plumbing works.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Complete and pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
    • Dedicated commitment to plumbing standards, regulations, and safe work practices.
    • Motivated to work autonomously and within a team environment, playing an active role within the broader team.
    • Current Queensland Plumbing Licence.
    • Current C class Drivers' Licence (manual).
    • High Risk Work Licence, including EWP and Scissor (desirable)
    • Backflow and TMV endorsements (desirable)
    • Gas Licence (desirable)

    As you will be working in secure and sensitive environments, you MUST also be able to obtain a current police check/clearance.
