The Position
We are currently looking for a strong and highly experienced Regional Manager to join our Delta FM. This role is based across the Cooper Basin camps - servicing the mining villages in the region. You will be responsible for a large team of tradespersons, supported by a Maintenance Supervisor.


This role will suit someone with a proven ability to closely manage multiple operations on site while being able to report to senior management and partner with our client to maximise and deliver common business goals.

This is a FIFO position from Brisbane or Adelaide operating on a 2:1 roster working 10-12-hour days.


Key duties

  • Provide leadership, management and operational support to the Delta FM maintenance team
  • Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
  • Develop strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunities
  • Define, implement and review the strategy for your sites, to increase efficiency and ensure that improvements maximise performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain operational Emergency Response Team for airport duties
  • Have a track record in scheduling / Planning complex work over multiple areas in a remote setting

The Person
To be successful in this role, you must have the following**:

  • Previous experience in management positions in facilities management and possess the ability to lead and mentor our maintenance team on site
  • Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing or HVAC desirable however not essential
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation
  • Construction White card (essential)
  • Manual Drivers licence (essential)
  • National Police Clearance, dated within 12 months
  • Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
