About the role:

We are currently seeking a
qualified Mechanical (HVAC or Plumbing) Supervisor to join our Delta FM QLD team.

You will work with our committed Delta FM maintenance team at the
Queensland Children's Hospital maintaining a variety of mechanical systems within a complex environment.

You'll have oversight of several critical services including Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Building Maintenance Systems, Steam, Sterilisation Equipment, Medical Gas and Refrigeration.

Key duties

Managing & tracking works orders through the site computerised maintenance
Working with the Maintenance Planner to drive asset maintenance best practice and improve processes and job flow
Understanding and analysing a BMS system
Liaise with clients in terms of completion of works and future works, including scoping and quoting for minor works
Monitor and track KPI's
Drive WHS compliance and best practice, ensuring that staff are familiar with WHS requirements and following safe work practices. We are a team that values and prioritises safety.

The Person

Trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or Plumber
Strong service experience within the HVAC or Plumbing industry
Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
Experience with leading a team as a supervisor or team leader
QFM experience or other CMMS systems are highly desirable
BMS monitoring and diagnostic experience is highly desirable
