Role:
Our client is in the process of strategizing a business-led 'transformation and uplift' program from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the
department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information
into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and
design specifications
Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet
specified standards.
