Overview:

This large federal government department who is responsible for implementing national security measures has a requirement for a Technical Writer to join their team that provides security advice to support Australian government personnel both domestically and internationally.

The role:

Working under the direction of the director and assistant director, you will be a specialist in creating, implementing and monitoring training material and strategies for face to face, eLearning and virtual content as required.

Qualifications in technical writing or editorial
Experience as a Technical Writer producing technical documentation and user guides within federal government preferably within a security related department/area
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work proactively and under mínimal supervision
