One of Australia's prominent
Federal Government Departments in Canberra is looking to engage an experienced
Technical Writer (Security / IRAP) to join a large program of work to assist with creating and updating documentation in preparation for an IRAP Assessment.

The
Technical Writer (Security / IRAP) will be offered an
initial 6 month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 x 12 month extension options.

The successful
Technical Writer (Security / IRAP) will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Develop high quality security documentation including SOA, SSP, CMP and IRP.
Support and be involved in IRAP preparations activities
Facilitate workshops with nontechnical and technical stakeholder to identify, investigate analyse, and document security processes, procedures, and work practices.

The successful
Technical Writer (Security / IRAP) will have experience in the following:

The writer should have experience in obtaining information from technical and non-technical stakeholders and document how it meets security control requirements.
Previous experience preparing for IRAP assessments and/or security assessments as part of PSPF is highly desirable.
