    Overview

    This organisation is a leading global investment firm that specialises in managing and administering investment funds for institutional investors across the globe. They are dedicated to delivering a superior service and are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This role presents a unique opportunity to provide 1:1 support to the Head of, offering invaluable support across daily operations.

    You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of, ensuring their schedule is managed efficiently, correspondence is handled professionally, and all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and ideally a background in the legal field.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management; prioritising, managing and coordinating daily schedule from end to end
  • Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritising items and initiating and responding as required
  • Preparation of correspondence and documents for internal and external use
  • Management of expenses and reconciliation
  • Schedule and booking of meeting rooms, catering and other requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a legal sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
