    Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Sydney CBD Office

    Senior Account Executive

    As Senior Account Executive you will implement Client First Principles across a portfolio of accounts within our corporate construction practice, ensuring high quality customer service is always provided.     Your Role:

    As a part of our collaborative team environment, you will take charge managing and supporting a portfolio of accounts which will require you to:

  • Cultivate robust client relationships and offer top-tier client service through regular engagement.
  • Oversee portfolio-related aspects, including risk and insurance program renewals.
  • Provide technical advice and contribute to business development.
  • Work closely with our senior team members, immersing yourself in all facets of client services.
  • Collaborate across the various divisions within Marsh.

    • What you need to have:

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience as a construction or property insurance broker
  • Effective Communication Skills, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to priorities and organise own workload
