    We are seeking a talented and skilled Account Executive to join our Sydney office.

    This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demonstrating the Aircall solution, providing technical support, effectively navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a dynamic role suited for energetic and savvy sales professionals.

    About the Role:
    • Employ outbound selling strategies to generate pipeline and discover new business
    • Handle prospects from qualified lead to closing
    • Showcase and explain the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses.
    • Educate prospects through complex sales cycles to generate excitement and enthusiasm among multiple stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
    • Consistently prospect to maintain a robust pipeline coverage and achieve quota consistently
    • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism in all written and verbal communications
    A bit about you:
    • 2 to 5 years of sales experience is essential with familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC considered a plus
    • Completely fluent in English.
    • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
    • A proactive, driven seller capable of identifying and addressing business challenges and outcomes, creating urgency, and taking full ownership for quota achievement
    • Demonstrated track record of closing new business and building your own pipeline
    • Proven organizational and time management skills
    • Competitive and motivated to achieve goals, acquire new skills, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance performance!
