    Permanent job opportunities2:1 roster EX Perth Roads, drainage, tailings dams and bulk earthworks projects About the role and client: We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer and Senior Civil Project Engineer to work across tailings dams, bulk earthworks, drainage and road work projects within our client's team.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects across various sites in Australia.
    Lead and manage the design and construction of tailings dams, bulk earthworks, drainage, road works, storage ponds etc.
    Effectively coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
    Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure their successful execution.
    Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    Provide technical expertise, advice, and guidance to project team members as required.
    Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
    Monitor project progress, review deliverable, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    Skills and Requirements:
    Only Permanent residents and Australian Citizens will be considered for this role.
    Australian Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    Proven experience in Australia as a Civil Engineer on Civil Mining Infrastructure and bulk earthworks project.
    Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and industry best practices pertaining to tailings dams.
    Demonstrated track record in successfully managing projects from design through to construction and commissioning.
    Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams.
    Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
