    Description


    · Children's charity – close to city & close to public transport
    · Hybrid role, 3 days in the office
    · Fixed term contract – 12 months

    Great opportunity for proactive customer service professional to join this much loved charity. Working as part of a small team you will engage with all aspects of the community including suppliers, donors and partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Handle all incoming phone calls and emails in an empathetic and professional manner
    · Handle queries and enquiries over the phone
    · Build proactive donor relationships, ensure regular communication plan including preparation of Thank You letters.
    · Ensure accurate and well maintained database – Salesforce
    · Liaise with suppliers and couriers
    · Process donations and receipting
    · Support on ad hoc projects

    Key criteria:

    · Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
    · Enthusiastic relationship builder
    · Charity industry experience desirable though not essential
    · CRM skills essential – Salesforce highly regarded
    · Able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
    · Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
    · Willing to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise
