Find a Carer, FaC, is a digital platform that links independent carers with paying clients who are either participants of the NDIS, Aged Care Packages, or Private Consumers.

Your role as a Care Coordinator is to recruit carers, roster shifts, drive signups, and be a flexible team member in a start up company that is full of energy.

This role is a mixture of recruitment and sales. This is a full time role.

You will wear many hats and need a growth mindset. You'll have opportunities to help shape our organisations growth with your own ideas and input.

We believe in transparency at all levels, and you will get face to face time with everyone who works within the organisation including the CEO, and Department Heads.


You'll be part of the Care Coordination team which currently consists of two other individuals who are high energy, welcoming, growth minded, flexible, and dedicated people.

Within the wider FaC team the Care Coordination team works closley with our Marketing, and Digital Platform Team.

This role is a Work from Home role.

We would like you to be able to work from our main office once a fortnight, and work from hot desk at one of our partners once a fortnight.

The rest of the time you'll work from home. This is flexible for the right person.


Communication skills are very important to this role, your ability to communicate digitally both in written and verbal formats will be highly prized.


You'll also be using a wide variety of technology, you'll be using our own custom portal, Office, Teams, Slack, and a variety of data sets.

Your ability to adapt, learn, and handle many different forms of technology is a big advantage.


For your cover letter some things we'd like to see are:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the aged care/disability support sectors.
  • Examples of coordinating services/people/care supports or relevant experience.
  • Provide examples of your experience using different technology.
  • Provide examples and describe what a growth mindset means to you.
  • Provide a short statement on why you feel you would work well in a small startup.
  • Provide a short statement on what you value about teamwork.
  • Provide a sentence detailing your current notice period.

Requirements:


  • Prior to starting this role you'll need to provide us a current National Employment Police check. We can not accept a volunteer police check.
  • Alternatively, a current NDIS Worker Check.

$70, $85,000.00 per year
