H.B Fuller has been a global industry leader in industrial adhesives for more than 130 years and are looking to expand their local customer service team.

Description:

Scope of duties:

Order Management via SAP
Prepare customer credit adjustments, and customer invoices
Communicate transit times, coordinate PODs and ETAs for customer orders.

Requirements:

You shall have at least 3-5 years working experience in customer service or related field. You need to be able to communicate at all levels. You must possess a professional phone manner.

Hands on experience in a fastpaced working environment
Experience with SAP very highly regarded for this role
Minimum year 12 secondary education
35 years experience in a similar customer service environment
Numerical data entry speed of 8500 alpha numerical p/hr
Professional and friendly phone manner
Able to contribute proactively within a team setting
Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Victorian Drivers Licence

Ideally, you will have customer service experience preferably within a manufacturing, retail hardware, trade, logistics or supply chain environment with SAP exposure.

Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, proactive and driven to succeed. Ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, have a positive & flexible attitude, and possess an excellent work ethic. There is scope to work from home for some of the duties undertaken.
