Overview:

  • The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for providing timely assurance of key project management deliverables, which in turn contribute to achieving targeted program and project outcomes. The individual is additionally responsible for providing analysis and reporting to support DHSA portfolio management decisionmaking, aimed at maintaining alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities and risk appetite.
  • The incumbent will possess a sound understanding of project, program and portfolio analysis / management methods and a high level of competency in business analysis practices with a portfolio of complex programs and projects.
  • The role will support quality and optimisation of portfolio outcomes by providing consistent and comprehensive views of portfolio performance through the development and maintenance of management dashboards, in collaboration with the DHSA Program Management Office (PMO), Portfolio Analyst Lead role and the broader PMO team.
