Description
We're looking to hire a fully qualified or potentially 4th year spray painter to also be part time shop manager. You would be a full time painter but part time shop manager. We're after someone with good time management skills (This is important when managing to ensure tasks are completed as most of our work load is private work), reliable, hard working, ability to think critically and able to work well in a team.
Management jobs would include things like setting tasks for the day, doing private and insurance job quotes, arranging parts, ensuring the week is on track job wise, greeting customers etc
It's not imperative to have prior quoting experience as training will be provided.
We operate at 38 hour work weeks (8:30-5pm Monday-Friday)
We are a small business with a small team so work loads aren't that of a larger shop. We don't have a high turn over of vehicles and we aren't contracted with any insurance companies.
