Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant looking to accelerate their career and join our Capital Markets team.

Supporting the State Chief Executive and two Directors in a team of high performing Capital Markets agents, you will assist with the coordination of administration tasks and marketing initiatives.

Some of your duties may include:

  • Preparation of client correspondence, submission documentation and presentations.
  • Assist in campaign procedures, including the production of marketing materials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of client and property data into CRM+ and facilitate an increase of CRM use by the team.
  • Manage your team's financials effectively to ensure prompt payment and reconciliation.
  • Identify process and system improvements within the department.
  • Adhoc administration duties as required.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role you will;

  • Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail and experience in preparing and proof reading documents.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive and disciplined work ethic.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be highly regarded, though not essential.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast paced environment.
