What you will be doing
Supporting up to Partner level, you will provide support to up to 8 fee earners and be an integral member of the team who work across corporate/commercial matters.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:- Process monthly billing;
- Liaise with clients and other external parties;
- Prepare and amend documents;
- File and diary management; and
- Court filing and creating briefs.
What you will bring
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience a legal assistant and will have worked within the corporate/commercial space.
In addition to this you will:
- Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively;
- Have strong communication skills;
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment; and
- Be proficient in MS Word and formatting.
