About the Company:

Boutique's client is a global leading Technology company located North of Sydney.

They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join this great team on Full-Time basis with flexibility and benefits on the table.


The Role:


This role will be working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and have the flexibility to make this role your own.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors including coordinating board papers, diary
management, catering, travel, and board events

  • Build relationships with the Leadership team and key stakeholders across multiple offices around the globe to ensure actions are completed on time and CEO is up to date
  • Support the CEO, being one step ahead at all times
  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones and global offices
  • Plan domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Prepare meeting documentation and agendas ahead of meetings
  • Supporting meetings with scheduling, actions, and agenda creation
  • Assist in planning office events including the investor events, internal monthly meetings, end of year celebrations, team dinners and team offsite conferences
  • Assist in writing internal CEO communications
  • Reconciling expenses for the CEO and Board
  • Assist the CEO with building and editing PowerPoint Presentations
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and other admin support to ensure the smooth running of the office

Experience:


  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role supporting C Suite Executives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Show a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
  • Able to prioritise multiple workloads and remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outcomes
  • Be able to work independently and part of a team
  • Flexibility
