This automotive brand is launching in the Australian market and are looking for 4 Regional Sales Managers to drive results across the country.

The successful people will be key in setting the structure of these roles and building the retail operations from the ground up.

About the role
Reporting to the Country Head, the Regional Sales Managers will drive the sales and successful results of the showrooms. You will be building teams, leading people and showcasing your passion for the industry.

These roles are Sydney based and will require Interstate travel as and when needed, especially in the initial growth phase of launching.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit, induct and retain top talent
  • Develop sales and marketing plans to ensure achievement of sales and KPI's
  • Work with dealers to develop sales lead generation plans to assist hitting targets
  • Monitor and manage the performance of each dealer against KPI's
  • Maintain regular contact and visits with dealers in the region ensuring they have the tools to be successful, they're aware of market trends and the team have all knowledge needed
  • Identify and support all activities to ensure profitable dealer network within the region

Skills & experience

  • 5+ years relevant experience in the Automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Amazing customer service and people skills
  • High level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical approach and results oriented with a desire to grow your career
