Key Responsibilities:
As a Design/Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with their loyal customer base.
Offer personalised design and styling recommendations to customers.
Drive sales and meet or exceed set targets through effective consultations.
Ensure the showroom is wellpresented, organized, and welcoming to customers.
Maintain an inviting and visually appealing display of products.
Develop an indepth understanding of our product range to provide accurate information to customers.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and product features.
Unpack, organise, and present stock in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Be available to work on weekends and one weekday as required.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Proactive and collaborative attitude, contributing positively within a team environment.
Keen eye for design trends and meticulous attention to styling details.
Genuine interest in interior design and décor.
Ability to identify opportunities for addon sales and connect with customers.
Approachable and friendly demeanour, providing high levels of customer service.
Welcoming attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Enthusiastic and motivated, showing a desire to excel in the role.

Additional Information:

The position entails working on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
High standards and attention to detail are paramount in maintaining our store's appeal.
University students enjoy a higher pay rate due to penalty considerations.
