Key Responsibilities:
As a Design/Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with their loyal customer base.
  • Offer personalised design and styling recommendations to customers.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed set targets through effective consultations.
  • Ensure the showroom is wellpresented, organized, and welcoming to customers.
  • Maintain an inviting and visually appealing display of products.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of our product range to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and product features.
  • Unpack, organise, and present stock in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  • Be available to work on weekends and one weekday as required.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude, contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Keen eye for design trends and meticulous attention to styling details.
  • Genuine interest in interior design and décor.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for addon sales and connect with customers.
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour, providing high levels of customer service.
  • Welcoming attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated, showing a desire to excel in the role.

Additional Information:

  • The position entails working on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
