We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing Joondalup team delivering incredible service, and supporting the people of WA on behalf of a major utilities provider.

Our Joondalup centre is newly refurbished and close to cafes, shopping centres and public transport.


Key details:

  • Start date 11th December 2023
  • Full time available to work 38 hours per week Monday
  • Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Parttime to work 30 hours per week Monday
  • Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
( must be able to complete 6 weeks full time training)

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Build a relationship with customers over the phone
  • Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
  • Deliver amazing customer experiences every time
  • Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
  • Be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment
  • Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
  • You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
  • Must have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
  • Australian based role
