Executive Assistant

Permanent, Part-Time Position

Flexible Hours (Approx. 24 Hours Per Week)

$34 - $35/Hr + Super (Pending Experience)

Burswood Location


Our client is WA owned and are a leading retailer of battery packs used in cars & caravans, currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the General Manager in a newly created position.


What will this position entail?
This role is very much an all-rounder position, seeing you responsible for the below:

  • Calendar management, scheduling in meeting and updating internal systems.
  • Arranging renovations for the building and ordering any required new uniforms.
  • All other general admin or customer service work as required.

How can I be successful in this role?

  • Previous Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience.
  • Strong Organisational Skills and Ability to Multi-Task.
  • Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport.
  • Ability to pass a clean Police Clearance and Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
