Customer Service Officer

Permanent, Full-Time

East Perth Location

Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM

$60,000-$70,000 + Penalties (pending experience)
Our client is a leading retailer for mechanical equipment and accessories based in East Perth. They are WA owned and operated and have a presence Australia wide. Due to rapid growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer who is ready for a challenge


What will this role see you doing?

  • High level customer service.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting.
  • Providing product information.

What do you require to be successful in this position?

  • Experience in a customer service role (retail would be ideal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude.
