About Your New Role as a Procurement Compliance, Governance & Assurance Advisor
The Procurement Compliance, Governance & Assurance Advisor will support the Specialist in relation to risk and assurance activities including:

Monitor progress of risk and compliance issues to identify and then lead remediation initiatives.
Update procedures and registers.
Report on compliance obligations.
Amend contracts to ensure compliance to legislation and company enterprise risk expectations.
Review Procurement tools and templates to improve their efficacy and ensure compliance to government requirements.
Provide input into business training content.
Assist with updates to the Procurement intranet pages.

What you will need to succeed

Degree in business or technical area or equivalent experience
Procurement Compliance, Governance & Assurance Advisor experience
Experience in a similar role in governance, assurance, compliance or role that required business process change.
Knowledge of various legislation, guidelines and standards impacting procurement and supply chain management impacting Government Agencies.
Ability to conceive, articulate, advise and deliver continuous improvements in service provider performance.
