JD Ross Energy are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to be based in Perth for a global engineering company who spread across 23 countries worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads on discipline/technology/process, keeping cost, schedule, and performance objectives in mind.
Performs management activities to attract, hire, supervise, and develop individual contributors to meet the goals of the group.
Participates at external meetings and presents at large internal meetings/forum.
Model, teahc, and the client's values. principles of operations, and world class manufacturing principles.

YOU WILL HAVE:

Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or other relevant technical discipline.
Demonstrated ability to design/produce/support successful products/processes.
Ability to manage product/process problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and guidance from manager.
8+ years of related engineering or management experience.
