About the role


Turning Point is a national treatment, research and education centre that provides leadership in the alcohol and drug, gambling and mental health sectors.


The role's primary purpose is the coordination of a diverse range of projects in health service delivery and the systems that support them to deliver organisational projects efficiently.


The role requires hands on project work and will also successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination of the AOD Workforce Capability Framework project.

About you


To be successful in this role you will possess:
Essential

Experience and/or qualifications in project / initiative management in the health sector.

Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with proven ability to strategically engage, negotiate and influence others to achieve outcomes.

Demonstrated strong administration skills with report writing or demonstrated ability to learn on the job.

Well organised, accountable and with a positive attitude.

'Can-do' approach with flexibility to support the team and manager with ad-hoc/priority tasks.

Desirable

Experience / knowledge in the space of mental health, AOD, family or community health context.

ICT project experience.

Relevant higher education qualification.
