About the role

This position is essential for the day to day management of our large cohort of Doctors in Training at Eastern Health.

This includes learning to manage the roster requirements that ensure the effective and efficient deployment of Medical Workforce, while working as part of a diverse Operations Team.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Essential Key Selection Criteria includes excellent customer service skills and highly developed communication skills

Highly Regarded Key Selection Criteria includes experience in complex, multi-site, 24 hour, 7 days per week organisation and an understanding of the healthcare system The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work as a part of a diverse team

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.

Essential:
