- Endpoint Management:

- Desirable experience in iPad and iPhone deployment and upgrades via Intune with Windows management.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Oversee Office 365 administration, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams for enhanced user experience and collaboration.
- Operating System Deployment:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for efficient and standardized OS deployment.
- Hardware Support:
- Provide comprehensive hardware support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for end-user devices.
- Desirable knowledge of Lenovo hardware stack.
- Endpoint Security:
