    FutureYou have partnered with a global business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This business is a household held name and rarely recruit due to the extended tenure of most employees. However, due to an increased workload, they are adding an additional headcount.

    Reporting to the Payroll Lead and working closely alongside finance, you will be working with some of the best people I have personally worked with.

    Description

  • Processing end to end payroll using SAP
  • Interpreting multiple enterprise agreements and awards
  • All statutory deductions such as tax, super and all third party payments
  • Process improvements and making recommendations for change
  • Stakeholder management both internally and externally
  • Supporting junior members of the team
  • Supporting ad hoc projects
    • Although this is a BAU (Business as usual) Payroll Specialist position, this is really a 'think outside of the box' kind of role. You'd need to have a deep understanding of the payroll process so you can hit the ground running. Ideally you'll come into the team and drive change around their processes.

    Profile

  • Please ensure you have end to end processing experience, ideally for more than 2-3 years.
  • SAP and Kronos experience is advantageous but not essential, but having experience with another tier 1 system is a must.
  • Please ensure you can be in office for minimum 3 days a week - they are based in the heart of Parramatta Central.
    • This would be the ideal position for someone with a few years end to end processing experience but is now looking for further development into a Senior position. Someone who thrives in an environment where they can make recommendations and suggestions for improvements. And for someone who's passion is payroll

    Job Offer

    In return you will receive $k - $k + Super - which is one of the highest paying Payroll Specialist positions on the market.

    They are based in Parramatta and you will need to be in office minimum 3 x a week, this is not negotiable, however, they are flexible.
