The role:
Detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the team on a 12-month contract.

Using ADP Global View, you will be responsible for day-to-day transaction processing for Payroll activities and assisting the Payroll Team Manager with workload management, assisting associates in transaction processing and conducting data & process analysis as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Timely completion and accuracy of Payroll processing, including superannuation.
Setup new starters in the relevant HR and payroll systems

  • Maintain accurate employee records in both Payroll / HR / Finance Software
  • Troubleshoot & solve any payroll issues
  • Calculate payroll taxes and FBT
  • Ensure superannuation payments are made on time
  • Provide an enhanced level of customer service

Experience required:


  • 3+ years' experience in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in the Advertising industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • Experience with outsourced payrolls and management of multiple companies' payrolls.
