The team has a strong track record in creating and producing exceptional products and due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to expand their portfolio throughout Melbourne.


Your main focus will be to build distribution and volume in both on and off premise channels, but in particular driving retail distribution in line with key banner group activity.

You'll do this by utilising your existing relationships that you have developed and nurtured through your career in the drinks industry.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with on and off premise customers
  • Pursuing sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Delivering brand education and training to key accounts
  • Establishing sales plans to meet KPI targets
  • Tracking sales/status reports in CRM
  • Ensuring promotions/activations are inline with company plans
  • Recognising new customer opportunities and competitor threats
  • Confidently managing and growing your geographic territory

What we are looking for:


  • Previous sales experience within the drinks industry
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships
  • Highly motivated, resilient and target driven
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Genuinely passionate about the world of beer and its community
  • Developed commercial, negotiation and organisational skills
