Our client, one of the largest in the beer industry is looking for a National Campaign Manager to define and shape the brand campaigns for the business, working side by side and supporting the Head of Marketing across all brands.


Through working collaboratively with trade marketing, brand managers and the sales teams, you will be instrumental in driving brand engagement for on-premise and retail businesses and overseeing national campaigns.

You will be an exceptional communicator with a strong track record engaging and influencing management, cross-functional teams and agencies. This is a key position to consolidate trade marketing and develop a unified national marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Organising and participating in the selection and management of agencies (related to Marketing) for the brand
  • Building longterm and stable partnership relationships with relevant agencies/ suppliers, in order to maintain continuity of creative work, to reduce the synthetical cost of agency procurement, and to obtain competitive advantage with applicable agencies
  • Contribute to creation of and directly manage the production of campaigns that may include TV, radio, outdoor, events, public relations and other to be defined tactics. Ensure all projects are run seamlessly
  • Managing budgets and timelines
  • Develop dynamic and innovative experiential campaigns/programs for the brand that deliver on an integrated and strategic approach, involving multichannel activation elements/promotion and driving strong, quantifiable KPI's
  • Coordinate delivery, setup and strike schedules for all event infrastructure and activations of scale driven by marketing
  • Partner with sales and broader marketing on new tool development, creation, and implementation of brand experiences

Ideally you'll have:

  • 35 years experience in marketing (drinks category preferred)
  • Passionate about brands and campaign management
  • Impeccable communication and relationship building ability
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Comfortable being handson and multitasking
  • Brilliant organisational and planning
  • Ability to effectively engage multiple key stakeholders
  • Be results driven and creatively minded with a meticulous attention to detail
