Our Production team driving the X'Trapolis 2.0 rail project, is eager to find a willing Production Supervisor, to join their team and who is looking forward to or already loving living, in Ballarat.

Under the guidance of an experienced and inclusive Production Manager and leadership team, this role prepares a detailed daily work plan to ensure all work is completed on-time to the required quality standard.


A willing nature, problem solving skills and a resilient attitude is fundamental to this role which offers structured training and development opportunities in addition to genuine, people first, work life-balance options including a flexible roster, 18 weeks parental leave and free employee travel in Victoria.

The position ensures all documentation, engineering and work instructions are correct and the necessary tooling and material kits are available on site.

Additionally, as supervisor, you will oversee the activities, safety and outputs of a team of approximately 10-15 team members, requiring your leadership and support.

We are looking someone who;

  • Has some level of supervisory experience, setting and communicating objectives to a team
  • Has experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Enjoys and sees results through the management and coaching of employees
  • Is diligent and detail oriented in safe practices, procedures and maintenance scheduling
