Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months for a high profile project.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the project and its integration into the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Organising and administration of data sets, both physical and electronic
  • Organising and administration of shared drive filing and storage
  • Liaise with multiple sites to ensure the successful collection of data
  • Ensuring that key information and systems is regularly maintained and updated to address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Generating reports and analyzing data to identify areas of improvement
  • Maintaining project registers and updating them as required
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
The duties of this role will develop and expand over time.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
