Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months for a high profile project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and administration of data sets, both physical and electronic
- Organising and administration of shared drive filing and storage
- Liaise with multiple sites to ensure the successful collection of data
- Ensuring that key information and systems is regularly maintained and updated to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Generating reports and analyzing data to identify areas of improvement
- Maintaining project registers and updating them as required
- Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
