Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use.

The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.


Job Description:


Our Toll Equipment Maintenance team are seeking an adaptable and resilient
Maintenance Scheduler to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll.

These roles will champion change management within the wider business, work with key stakeholders, and support management with streamlining new processes and procedures concerning fleet maintenance bookings.


Based in Brisbane or Sydney, this role will report into the Team Leader - Maintenance Schedulers, and be a part of building a collaborative and dynamic team culture, focussed on group success.

As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will:

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimising maintenance expense.
  • Engage with 3rd party maintenance providers, and partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to the change management planning and new systems/processes rollout within Toll, and engage stakeholders to join in.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role, parts interpreting/allocation or heavy vehicle maintenance would be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • The ability to be adaptable to change and a champion of new systems and processes.
  • A selfstarter mindset, and drive to manage a large national portfolio.
