- Audit and review SOP's and Risk Assessments and assist employees in developing awareness of these processes.
- Develop and coordinate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems to improve business performance and compliance.
- Provide advice, information, and assistance in Health & Safety Compliance within a risk management framework to support Regulatory/Contractual/Company compliance and Community and other stake holder objectives.
- Improve performance and compliance in the field by conducting regular and systematic site attendance on workgroups and providing routine coaching and mentoring.

- Health and Safety or Risk Management or equivalent certification - Alternative extensive demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in Health & Safety.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create strong Health & Safety initiatives in response.
- Proven technical experience in either power systems, overhead distribution, or transmission desirable but not essential.
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent desirable but not essential.
