We are seeking a highly motivated individual with polished thinking and strong people skills to take up the full-time role as a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC).

The key elements of this role involve:

  • Providing prompt, professional and timely rework of electrical component
  • Support our customers to resolve issues
  • Have a logical and analytical mindset to faultfind issues
  • Being punctual but flexible (if issues arise outside normal working hours)
  • Implementing, operating and continuously improving processes

Desirable qualifications and experience:


  • Manufacturing experience in a medium size business
  • Experience in an electrical, auto electrical, engineering, mechanical, maintenance, or facility management
    (Highly Regarded):
  • Current valid Driver's Licence
  • Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of OH&S and risk management
  • Accurate timekeeping and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy
All shortlisted applicants will be required to successfully undertake a pre-employment aptitude test, interview and short medical assessment.
