The sales and leasing administrator will provide innovative property marketing, attention to detail, and extensive local market knowledge, the team offers a professional service with exceptional results. our client has a brand new fitted-out office, located fringe CBD.

  • Proficiently handling administrative tasks to assist directors and the capable sales and leasing team.
  • Skillfully preparing sales and leasing submissions, organizing marketing efforts, and managing advertising schedules.
  • Expertly drafting sales, leasing, and management documents with attention to detail.
  • Responsibly maintaining databases and uploading property listings to external websites.
  • Effectively communicating with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Previous involvement in Real Estate administration is esteemed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level is mandatory.
  • Impeccable attention to detail is pivotal.
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess is crucial for effective multitasking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Previous exposure to Cirrus8, Surga, Mail Chimp, Mail Merge, and Adobe InDesign is highly desirable.
