    The Opportunity
    Our client is seeking a Property/Centre Manager to oversee a top commercial property inWarrnambool.

    Temp to Perm opportunity on offerWe are seeking someone with transferable experience in residential, commercial or retail property/real estate This is an incredible career opportunity to work with a Global Property Group at a major asset in Warrnambool, with incredible learning and developmentHourly rate:
    Up to $55p/hr + SuperThe Responsibilities

    Meet financial targets:
    Achieve budget goals.

    Provide prompt client service:
    Offer on-demand assistance.

    Follow leasing and legal rules:
    Understand and comply with legal requirements.

    Collaborate with Leasing Executives:
    Work together for leasing opportunities.

    Build retailer relationships:
    Foster strong connections.

    Adapt tenant mix:
    Adjust for market changes.

    Ensure center's safety within budget:
    Oversee security within financial limits.

    Develop marketing strategy:
    Plan to attract customers.

    Manage daily operations effectively:
    Ensure smooth functioning.

    Ideal Skills/Experience:
    Open to candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or retail real-estate/property.
    Strong, verbal, and written communication skills
    A flexible, can-do attitude
    Efficient operator with ability to multi-task
