Are you an experienced Maintenance Officer? We're looking for someone like you to work at our clients aged care facility based in Wembley.

Overview:


  • Monday to Friday 38 hour working week
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Wembley location
  • Temporary to Permanent Position for the right person
  • Weekly Pays

Duties include:


  • Reporting to the Service Manager.
  • Repairs carried out on facility fixtures, moving of furniture, moving of beds, hanging of picture frames, changing of leaking & damaged taps, cleaning aircon filters, jetwash pavers & bins, cleaning & emptying of bins, and maintaining cleanliness on all facility
  • General gardening duties
  • Potentially travelling to other location
  • Assist with waste removal and bins on the facility

About you:


  • Have all your basic tools as a Handyperson/Maintenance Officer
  • Fit and able to perform the daily tasks on & around the Campus
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible with work requests as priorities can change daily
  • Able to fit in with the facility Maintenance and Services team and able to work well within a small team environment
  • Must hold a current driver's license and reliable transport
  • Hold a National Police Clearance that is not older than 6 months or willing to obtain one
