With the successful growth of the office, our client is looking for a Senior Marketing and Client Relations Manager to join the family.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings for real estate agents.
  • Prepare and distribute salesrelated documents and correspondence, completing online appraisal, research.
  • Maintain and update the real estate CRM system with accurate and current information.
  • Assist in organizing and managing client databases, ensuring data integrity.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, property listings, and online listings.
  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing collateral, such as Boards, brochures, and flyers.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and the real estate sales team. Including attending photo shoots, formal valuations, property inspections, assisting with property settlements,
  • Assist events planner with organizing Industry and client related events.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST:


  • Have a current Agents Representative Certification.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in dealing with buyers, vendors.
  • Have a good understanding of the Real Estate CRM's.
  • Be proactive and work in a fast paced environment.
