The role

As the Organisational Development (OD) Administrator, you will be working in partnership with the OD Associate Consultant on various projects.


You will be self-motivated and an extremely well-organised individual who shares a passion for teamwork, has an appetite for continuous learning and development and enjoys nurturing relationships.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute and support the OD Consultant and broader team on various tasks and projects, supporting the overall people strategy.
  • Schedule and coordinate event planning for awards, meetings, workshops, training and executive speakers.
  • General administration and coordination (collating end of day sheets, attendance records, and uploading to the Information System)
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing considered guidance and support to achieve business goals, whilst building capability.
  • Strong support on the Leadership Academy Program, with over 180 leaders involved.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience

The ideal applicant for this role will be purpose-driven and really wants to make a difference, has a great 'Can Do' attitude and has worked in a similar OD generalist capacity, or a closely related field.


The successful applicant will:

  • Possess excellent written and communications skills (experience liaising with senior stakeholders is beneficial).
  • Be extremely organised, selfmotivated and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Have a track record for working on projects, and strong time management & administration skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management and genuine interest to be involved in the delivery of key business objectives.
  • Ideally have Tertiary qualifications in HR Management, Organisational Development or a related field (not essential)
  • Have moderate experience in Microsoft Office (no excel formulas required)
  • Have a positive attitude

Culture & benefits

Located just outside of Melbourne CBD, this opportunity is offering the hourly rate equivalent to $75,000 (including super), pro-rated at 0.8.
