Our Client

The Role
It is the responsibility of the Spare Parts Coordinator to liaise with customers to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products of spare parts

Key accountabilities:

Develop and maintain customer business relationship to ensure high level customer satisfaction
Achieve or exceed the sales targets for Spare Parts by developing new business for existing and potential clients
Proactively follow up outstanding quotes and record results.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Work as part of the Spare Parts team to help achieve set budgets.
Prepare proposals and costings for submission to the customer or client
Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies

To be considered for this role you will need to display:

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated PC Skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases).
Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Focused on achieving agreed targets.
Demonstrated ability to undertake research and source appropriate parts information.
Advanced organisational skills.
Selfstarter, able to work under time constraints, detail oriented.
