Redland City Council

Redland City Council is looking for an
OH&S Programs Coordinator to support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Unit in the administration and coordination of HSW-related training, maintenance of HSW data and information and administrative support for the day-to-day operational functions of the Unit.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an
OH&S Programs Coordinator your responsibilities may include

Coordinate and provide administrative support for HSW training, occupational health and wellbeing programs including, sourcing relevant programs and courses, coordination of staff training schedules, coordination of external providers and other general administrative duties.
Proactively coordinate and manage HSW training which has renewal periods for staff, in line with legislative requirements.
Coordinate training for the Safety Volunteers (First Aid Officers, Health and Safety Representatives and Fire Wardens) ensuring they are trained in line with legislative requirements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

C Class Drivers Licence
Experience in similar role within an OHS/WHS team within a large and complex organization
Certificate III in Business Administration / Customer Contact / Engagement
Certificate III in Work Health and Safety
