Description

1. What you'll be doing:

Deliver class leading software products as part of the Engineering team working closely with the Product and UX/UI design teams.
Plan, architect, implement and maintain cloud native, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure and environments for the product and tooling.
Ensure products are adequately developed, tested, documented and are fit for purpose.
Ensure our products are built in a secure manner with appropriate security features and controls.
Contribute to the design and improvement of our client's engineering practices and systems with an aim of continuous delivery.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
Work within the highly regulated environment of medical device development and sensitive data storage.

2. What we're looking for:

Experience designing solutions in public cloud (AWS preferred) and deploying and managing on-premises infrastructure.
Production experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (Terraform)
Solid experience using Kubernetes and container technologies e.g. docker, helm, ECR, EKS
Experience building development environments and CICD pipelines.
Experience writing quality technical documentation within a highly regulated industry.

Nice to have (but not essential):

Comfortable working in greenfield projects with high levels of ambiguity.
Experience in the Rust toolchain and building Rust products
Experience with security scanning tools such as tfsec, checkov, osv scanner
Experience with Github Actions, Earthly and Argo
